At Bagel Bazaar Nationwide Shipping ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items purchased through our online store. We will only replace any products that do not arrive as intended. Hand shaped bagels will not be uniform. We do not offer returns or replacement for any imperfections. If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via email with specific details. Pictures are required for any claims. All food product claims must be made within a 24 hour period of confirmation of delivery by carrier. Our food products are delivered fresh and need to be tracked to ensure packages are received the same day. Food products are intended to be handled and stored properly according to instructions supplied. All orders are allowed 24 hours from delivery confirmation to submit a claim for replacement due to any unforeseen circumstances. No claims will be honored past the 24 hour period.
